Welcome to the EveryDayEspo Blog! As the CEO and Founder of EDE, I am honored to write our first blog and look forward to writing more in the future. Just to clarify, our new company blog page will consist of blogs from all employees and cover tons of topics, not just me and the company!
I thought to start off I would make the first blog about my personal journey and how the company came to be. For those of you that dont know, my name is Matthew Esposito and I was born and raised In New Jersey. I am very fortunate to come from a supportive family who have helped guide me through the start of my carer as an entrepreneur. As funny as the story goes, The EveryDayEspo brand and company started as a youtube channel. In high school, me and my brother started a small youtube channel revolved around cars, car reviews specifically. We didn’t get many views until we got in touch with a local BMW dealership. They were interested in having us come in for a meeting to talk more about what we do. The meeting went extremely well, and they ended up deciding to let us come in and use their inventory for our car videos in exchange for publicity and advertisement time. After months of collaborating on videos with them, they decided to introduce us to other dealerships within the area (the dealerships they introduced us to are owned by other members of their family). As it turned out, both dealerships really liked our work and wanted to hire us to produce digital content for their dealerships. Both of those unexpected offers really got to me. I thought about it for a couple of days, and it really came to me that if these two dealerships were looking for producers of digital content, maybe there were other dealerships, or even other businesses outside of car dealerships in the area searching for the same thing. Couple weeks later, I was sitting at a desk with an accountant signing papers to create my own business. I then started to assemble a small group of employees and we got immediately started, and eventually started branching off into new services that we could offer. Fast forward to present day, and there are now 10 of us within EveryDayEspo, which is a full blown multimedia marketing agency. We now get to travel the country, see the smiles on our clients after receiving our services, and get to give back to the community in ways that weren’t possible before. And I know this is only the start for us. But the road was not exactly all smooth and positive to get here. I personally lost a lot of relationships with friends, and even some family relationships will now be altered in some way due to the choices within my business life. But to me, it’s all worth it. One door closes and another one opens. I mentioned before how fortunate I am to have supportive family and friends, to which I am also very for fortunate to have discovered some of my passions in life earlier then some other people. In the end, I am so proud to be a small business owner, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for me and my endeavors.

I want to thank the people that have supported me on this journey, including my mom, dad, brother and the rest of my family, and also my friends, specifically Sami, Ezra, Amro, and others. I would also like to thank my clients, specifically Advocates In Action, Moda Divan, and the Circle Auto Group, and the entire Defelice family, to whom I owe the utmost gratitude for the opportunities they have given us. And to my employees, who I also to consider to be my friends, thank you for believing in me and helping my dreams to also become a reality. And to my two right hand men (you know who you are), thank you for everything you do for me and EveryDayEspo. I thank you for reading my first blog, and I look forward to what the future holds.
